Effectiveness of Zero Based Waste Management Policy in Realizing a Clean Gresik Regency

The development of the population in an area and existence socio-economic activities will have impact on increasing type amount waste that threaten regional ecosystem. empirical facts still reflect management is not optimal with high entering Ngimpik TPST, so effective needed realizing Gresik Regency as a clean city. This study aims to describe Effectiveness Waste Management based "Zero Waste" Creating Clean Regency. research uses qualitative descriptive approach. Sources data this include primary secondary data. Qualitative analysis from Miles Huberman used analyze which includes four components, namely: collection, condensation, presentation drawing conclusions. results show effectiveness zero waste-based policy at TPA quite effective. Adjustment needs innovations continue be improved problems can resolved. main obstacles are inadequate facilities infrastructure lack public awareness reduce generation controlled, landfill burden reduced.
